The Scottish Health Awards are open to all employees of NHS Scotland only, with the exception of the Healthy Lifestyle, Volunteer, Community, Unsung Hero and Pride of NHS 60th Anniversary Award nominees which are open to all healthcare workers.
Anyone
can make a nomination and there is no limit to
the number of nominations that can be made.
All full-time and part-time employees are eligible
for nomination.
Individuals nominated in a category must hold
the necessary qualifications for that category
title.
The closing date for nominations is 5pm on Monday 8th September 2008.
The event organisers will be permitted to exclude
any nominee at any time, at its sole discretion.
The event organisers accept no responsibility
for any nominations lost due to problems with the
internet.
Entry to the Scottish Health Awards is deemed
acceptance of these terms and conditions.
